>> Please book your package and enter the main contact person as the ticket holder. After booking, you will receive a confirmation and a promotion code for the second participant of your team.

There are two easy ways to do this.

1. Did you create a password during the purchase process? If so, you will find a link to “Change ticket data” in your confirmation email. Here you can change the name of the ticket holder yourself.
2. Please contact aiefm@htsb.eu directly with the names of the current and new ticket holders. We will be happy to confirm the change in the system once it has been made.

Please check first if you want to send a representative. If this is not possible, please click “Request Cancellation” in your confirmation email. We will then be notified and will cancel your ticket after a brief inquiry. Please note that if you cancel

• up to 6 weeks before the event 10% cancellation fee and
• up to 4 weeks before the event 50% cancellation fee

will be charged. Refunds are not possible within the last four weeks of the event.

Sponsors, partners, and exhibitors will receive promotion codes to register their on-site representatives as part of their engagement. You did not receive a code now? Please contact us aiefm@htsb.eu.
